Army Commander Lt. General Shavendra Silva said that 10 positive cases detected yesterday were Navy personnel.
Out of the 12 cases two are those who had associated closely with the infected Navy personnel.
Accordingly, the total number of cases reported in Sri Lanka so far stands at 847.
Of them, 260 persons had made a full recovery and have been discharged from hospital.
