These crunchy pancakes are great if you want a quick snack and are sure to satisfy your sweet tooth! Make them yourselves with this quick and easy recipe!
Ingredients :
Sera Coconut Oil
All-purpose flour 2 cups
Coconut 1 1/2 cups
Treacle (Coconut or Kithul) 1/2 cups
Egg 1
Sugar (brown or white) 2/3 cups
Water 2 1/2 cups + 1/4 cup
Salt 1/2 tsp + 1/3 tsp
Vanilla 1 tsp
Food colouring of your choice
Method:
- Add salt, egg, vanilla and water to the flour and mix well.
- Place a pan in the cooker and add scraped coconut, Treacle, sugar, water and salt. Cook in a medium to low flame and make the pani pol.
- Apply Sera Coconut Oil to the pan and heat it. Make pancakes and place pani pol in the middle, roll it up and enjoy!
