Showers or thundershowers may occur at a few places in Central province and in Ratnapura, Galle, Matara, Hambanthota and Monaragala districts after 2.00 p., said the Department of Meteorology.
Mainly fair weather will prevail elsewhere.
Misty conditions can be expected at some places in Western and Sabaragamuwa provinces and in Nuwara-Eliya district during the morning.
