Due to the prevailing situation, the curfew in the Jaffna District will be in effect until further notice.
Earlier the curfew was to be lifted at 6 am in Jaffna District tomorrow.
Meanwhile, the curfew currently in force in Puttalam, Vavuniya, Mannar, Kilinochchi, Mullativu will be lifted at 6.00 a.m. on Friday (27 March) and will be re-imposed at 2 p.m. on the same day until March 30.
