11 Indian nationals, who were staying in the country violating immigration and emigration laws, were arrested yesterday in Kattankudy, Police said.
They said the suspects had come to the country on tourist visa and working at a jewellery making factory in Kattankudy, Batticaloa. The suspects were aged between 23 and 40 years.
They are to be produced in Batticaloa Magistrate’s Court today.
