All buses which are not fit for road running will be removed from the bus service in future,
Meanwhile, SLTB Chairman Kingsley Ranawaka stated that the initial inspection tests in SLTB buses which are being operated in the upcountry tests will be started from the end of this month.
He further said that about 1000 buses operating in the country are more than 15-years old and buses unable to be repaired will be removed.
