Prime Minister Mahinda Rajapaksa as Minister of Buddhasasana and Cultural affairs has appointed a Committee headed by retired High Court judge Gamini Sarath Edirisinghe to look into the activities of the Central Cultural Fund (CCF) between 2016 – 2019.
According to Ministry Secretary Bandula Harischandra, this three member Committee will inquire into all activities and transactions of the Central Cultural Fund during the four years in review and report to the Prime Minister within six weeks.
The members of the Committee comprise former Ministry Secretary Gotabaya Jayaratne and former LRC Executive Director Hari Gupta Senadheera
