Three people in Ukuwela, Matale died after they were electrocuted by an illegal power tapping last night, Police said.
Policed said that the victims, who are members of the same family, a father, a mother and their daughter-in-law.
The bodies have been placed at the Matale Hospital.
Police are conducting further investigation.
