Reflections at Dusk (Dawasak da Hendawaka), a book authored by Rasika Jayakody, will be launched on January 25 from 3 to 5 PM at the Western Province Aesthetic Resort auditorium, Colombo 07.
Jayakody is a former Editor of the Daily News newspaper and a senior journalist. The book contains a collection of his newspaper columns written over a period of 10 years. It touches upon the spheres of art, culture, cinema and various other aspects of life.
Lecturer at the University of Sri Jayawardenapura Anuruddha Pradeep Karnasuriya, author Narmada Ranaweera, political activist Milinda Rajapaksha, author Kathyana Amarasinghe, Ven. Gurugoda Siriwimala Thera and journalist Shenal Gunasekera will speak at the launch of the book.
The event will be open to the public.
