Here’s your guide to a lip-smacking Mango Curry!
Ingredients
Mango
Salt – 1tsp
Chili Powder – 1tbsp
Curry Powder – 1tsp
Fenugreek Seeds – ¼ tsp
Mustard Seeds – ¼ tsp
Curry and Pandan Leaves
Chili Powder – ½ tsp
Sugar – 1 ½ tbsp
Oil – 1 ½ tbsp
Coconut Milk – 1 ½ cups
Green Chili – 1nos
Onion – 1nos
Method
- Wash, clean and cut the mangoes and soak it in water for 15-20 minutes.
- Thereafter, rinse the water and add Chili Powder (1tbsp), Salt and Curry Powder.
- Heat the oil and add the Onion, Fenugreek Seeds, Mustard Seeds, Curry and Pandan Leaves and the remaining Chili Powder.
- Add to it the Mango, Green Chili, Coconut Milk and Sugar.
- Cook in low flame for 15-20 minutes.
