Mango Curry

Here’s your guide to a lip-smacking Mango Curry!

Ingredients 

Mango

Salt – 1tsp

Chili Powder – 1tbsp

Curry Powder – 1tsp

Fenugreek Seeds – ¼ tsp

Mustard Seeds – ¼ tsp

Curry and Pandan Leaves

Chili Powder – ½ tsp

Sugar – 1 ½ tbsp

Oil – 1 ½ tbsp

Coconut Milk – 1 ½ cups

Green Chili – 1nos

Onion – 1nos

Method

  1. Wash, clean and cut the mangoes and soak it in water for 15-20 minutes. 
  2. Thereafter, rinse the water and add Chili Powder (1tbsp), Salt and Curry Powder.
  3. Heat the oil and add the Onion, Fenugreek Seeds, Mustard Seeds, Curry and Pandan Leaves and the remaining Chili Powder. 
  4. Add to it the Mango, Green Chili, Coconut Milk and Sugar. 
  5. Cook in low flame for 15-20 minutes.
