President acquitted over D.A. Rajapaksa Museum case

President Gotabaya Rajapaksa was acquitted in the D.A. Rajapaksa Museum case today by the Permanent High Court Trial-at-Bar.   He was accused of misappropriating Government funds for the construction of the museum.

Accordingly, the three-judge bench has ordered to release the President’s passport which was in the custody of the Court.
