HNB announces launch of newly relocated customer centre at Orion City Tower

Working to meet rising demand for convenient and effective banking solutions among a growing base of digitally savvy customer base, Sri Lanka’s leading bank in the field of technological innovation, HNB PLC announced the launch of its newly re-located customer centre to the recently opened Orion City Tower located at No. 752, Dr. Danister de silva Mawatha, Colombo 9. Initially introduced as a dedicated electronic banking branch within the country’s largest IT Park, the newly relocated HNB customer service centre will provide enhanced and deeply personalised customer service for Orion Tower tenants – which include over 4,000 staff from some of the country’s leading IT ventures. The centre which was initially open for business for only three hours will now offer its services every weekday from 9.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. where customers will be availed a complete spectrum of banking products and services including real-time transactions. Orion Towers is a state of the art environmentally friendly, iconic development in the heart of Colombo. Standing at over 110 meters in height, the towers offer 350,000 sq. Ft. of rentable area. The newly constructed tower has already attracted a sizable influx of tenants with steady growth projected in the coming years. The tower itself is part of a larger complex spanning 16 acres of land in the heart of Colombo and offers built to specification, cutting edge commercial and office infrastructure plus space for the Sri Lanka’s burgeoning IT/BPO industry.
