The National Water Supply and Drainage Board announced that the water supply to several areas in Kandy will be interrupted for 28-hours from tomorrow 9.00am (Thursday) to 1 pm on Friday (29), due to maintenance work in Nillambe water purification plant in the Kandy Southern area.
Accordingly, The affected area are Weligalla, Udunuwara, Gelioya, Egoda Kalugamuwa, Megoda Kalugamuwa, Ambakumbura, Ganegoda, Dawulagala, Hidawula and Pilimatalawa water supplies will be totally interrupted.
