The Cabinet of Ministers approved the proposal presented Minister of Tourism, Wildlife and Christian Religious Affairs to allocate a 7 acre land in Yala, Palatupana to the brother Association of Dubai’s One Nature (Pvt)Ltd on 50 year lease basis.
The land near Sri Lanka’s south coast Yala nature reserve will be leased to build a resort with 28 chalets.
