Chief Justice Jayantha Jayasuriya will be summoned before COPE committee today in the CJ's capacity as the Chairman of the Mahapola Trust Fund, said the COPE Chairman Sunil Handunhetti.
He has been summoned to the Commission today to give a statement on the privatization of Sri Lanka Information Technology Institute in Malabe under the Mahapola Scholarship Trust Fund.
