Former President of Maldives, Speaker of Parliament Mr. Mohamed Nasheed, alongside members of Maldivian Democratic Party (MDP) is due to visit Sri Lanka on 15th June 2019.
This visit is being made in order to display the solidarity Maldives has with Sri Lanka. In addition, it is also meant to tell the rest of the world that despite the recent attacks in Sri Lanka.
