The Fundamental Rights petition filed by Inspector General of Police Pujith Jayasundara seeking an interim order suspending President’s decision to send him on compulsory leave following the Easter Sunday bomb attacks was today fixed for support by Supreme Court.
Supreme Court three-judge-bench comprising Justice Buwaneka Aluwihare, Justice Prasanna Jayawardena and Justice L.T.B. Dehideniya fixed the petition for support on June 24.
