The revision application filed by former Defence Secretary Gotabhaya Rajapaksa challenging the Trial-at-Bar order dated January 11, 2019 in the D. A. Rajapaksa Museum case was today fixed for written submissions by Court of Appeal.
When the revision application came up before Court of Appeal two-judge-bench comprising justice Achala Wengappuli and Justice Arjuna Obeysekera, both parties concluded making their oral submissions and they were directed to file their written submissions on June 14.
