The revision application filed by former Defence Secretary Gotabhaya Rajapaksa challenging the Trial-at-Bar order dated January 11, 2019 in the D. A. Rajapaksa Museum case was today fixed for May 17 by Court of Appeal.
Court of Appeal two-judge-bench comprising justice Achala Wengappuli and Justice Arjuna Obeysekera fixed the application for May 21 in order to obtain the Attorney General’s opinion whether he will agree to maintain status quo regarding High Court inquiry
