Three suspects including a lawyer with drug, known as crystal methamphetamine (ice) were arrested at Kollupitiya area by the police this morning, said the Police Spokesman.
They were arrested following a tip-off by Kollupitiya Police.
Meanwhile, the suspects were identified as a 38-year-old Abdul Kareem Mohomed Asni, resident of Puttalam, has been arrested with 430 milligrams of ice and Mohammad Iqbal Krishnei Aais , a 38-year-old lawyer in a Puttalam area with 4.1 grams of ice, a 33-year-old Abdul Hameed Faslin was arrested with four drug pills.
They would be produced in the Fort Magistrate’s Court today.
