Horana Acting Magistrate Nalin Imbulgoda held the magisterial inquiry into the suspicious death of a 60-year-old woman and ordered the Ingiriya Police to conduct investigations to arrest the suspects.
The deceased was identified as M. Malani, a mother of two.
Her blood-soaked torso and severed head were found in a tea estate at Dawatagahena in Handapangoda in the Ingiriya Police division on Wednesday.
