H-Connect Wins Gold at first-ever Sri Lanka Corporate Health and Productivity Awards

H-Connect Private Limited, a leading provider of global Business Process Management (BPM) services, won a Gold award at the inaugural edition of the Sri Lanka Corporate Health and Productivity Awards ceremony held on 13th February 2019 at BMICH. The company was given this recognition as an outstanding enterprise that has successfully carried out efforts focusing on employee health from a management perspective. H-Connect was bestowed the award under the Medium category, based on the number of employees. The first-ever Sri Lanka Corporate Health and Productivity Awards 2019 was organized by the Chamber of Young Lankan Entrepreneurs (COYLE) in collaboration with the Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO). The selection process to pick the winning companies was based on five criteria, namely, the positioning of health and productivity management within management philosophy and policies, organised frameworks established for tackling health and productivity management issues, specific systems established for ensuring health-conscious management as well as measures introduced for implementing them, measures established for assessing and improving health and productivity management, and adherence to laws, regulations and risk management. The Sri Lanka Corporate Health and Productivity Awards aim to raise public recognition of enterprises engaging in health and productivity management programmes. H-Connect (Pvt.)
