The three member Bench of the Second High Court-at-Bar commenced functioning from March 14 and is scheduled to take up a case to be filed by the Commission to Investigate Allegations of Bribery or Corruption (CIABOC) as ordered by the Chief Justice Nalin Perera to the CIABOC.

It is reliably learnt that the case that would be filed is against Ratnayake Mudiyanselage Tennakooonwela. The suspect would be served with Indictment papers shortly. The case will be taken up for hearing subsequently before the three member Bench of the Second High Court-at-Bar presided over by High Court Judge R.
