Two persons those who had kept 400kg of Kerala Cannabis in their possession have been arrested in Peliyagoda area today by police .
The haul was seized by the officers attached to the Organized Crimes Prevention Division early morning of today while the goods were being transported in a van.
According to the police news sources, the stock of Kerala Cannabis is estimated to be worth nearly 40 million Rupees.
The van has also been taken into the police custody by the officers of the Organized Crimes Prevention Division .
Further more police investigations, which connection to the incident, are being conducted under the supervision given by the Officer in Charge of the Organized Crimes Prevention Division.
