Legal action taken against several security forces personnel should be expedited without being kept them in custody for long periods, Former Army Commander Lieutenant General Daya Ratnayake said
He was addressing media at the Foundation institute in Colombo today together with Former Navy Commander Tisara Samarasinghe and former Air Force Commander Roshan Gunathilaka.
