Iranian Ambassador Mohammed Zaeri Amirani paid a courtesy call on the Western Province Governor M . Azath S Salley at the Governor’s Office in Colombo today.
The envoy congratulated Salley on his appointment as governor and conveyed his country’s good wishes for his forward march.
Thanking the envoy for his courtesy call, Governor Salley said that Sri Lanka and Iran will move forward in their bilateral relations with mutual interests.
