An Iranian woman has been arrested at the Bandaranaike International Airport for smuggling in 400g of ‘Kush’ cannabis.
The haul has been seized by the officers of the Police Narcotics Bureau attached to the BIA
The suspect is identified as an Iranian woman a 24-year-old, who had arrived in the country from Doha, Qatar.
PNB officers are conducting further investigations.
