The National Vap Magul Ceremony was held at Thissmaharamaya, Sandagirigoda Welyaya under the patronage of President Maithripala Sirisena yesterday. Prior to that, the religious rituals were conducted at the Thissamaharamaya Raja Maha Viharaya with the participation of both President Maithripala Sirisena and Prime Minister Mahinda Rajapaksa.
