A rarely spotted migrant bird known as the rock thrush (Tirasiya) was seen at the Udawalawe National Park.The Wildlife Conservation Department said this bird came from Middle Asia with some other migrant birds.The bird belly’s colour is similar to the colour of bricks.The bird can be spotted in the mornings and in the evenings after 4.30 pm to 6.30 pm.
