Marawila Police arrested a person with 24 bottles of hooch. The suspect confessed that he planned to serve the illicit liquor to friends while they watched the election results on TV together on the night of February 10. IP S.D.R. Jayaratne, OIC of Marawila Police, arrested the suspect who was to be produced before the Marawila Magistrate last Friday (09).
