Krishantha Chandana Gunasekera of No 356/1, Mahgama, Horampella, Minuwangoda has been diagnosed with non alcoholic cirrhosis and recommended and urgent kidney transplantation at Globe Health city hospital in Chennai.The estimated cost of the surgery is Rs. 7.3 million.
Gunasekera, a teacher attached to a government school says that he is not in a position to foot this bill due his present economic plight and seeks public assistance.
