The Cabinet of Ministers approved Health Minister Dr. Rajitha Senaratne’s proposal to amend the Medical Ordinance to maintain a register of Specialist Medical Practitioners.
With the received approval, measures to gazette the Medical (Amended) Bill and present it in Parliament will be initiated by the Health Minister.
