Former Senior Deputy Inspector General (DIG) Lalith Jayasinghe who is alleged to have concealed evidence of a shooting incident in Kahawatta, Ratnapura was arrested by the Police Special Inquiry Unit a short while ago.
He will be produced before the Palmadulla Magistrate Courts today.
