Former Central Bank Governor Arjun Mahendran arrived at the Presidential Commission of Inquiry (PCoI) appointed to probe into the Central Bank Bond issue a short while ago.
Arjun Mahendran was notified to appear before the PCoI today on September 13 to record a statement.
