A Thanksgiving Service was held at the Cathedral of Christ the Living Saviour, Bauddhaloka Mawatha Colombo 7 to mark the 10th death anniversary of former Foreign Affairs Minister Harold Herat with the participation of Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe and Speaker Karu Jayasuriya.
