The Sri Lanka Freedom Party (SLFP) Anniversary Convention will be held on September 2 at Campbell Park in Borella, State Minister Dr. Sudarshani Fernandopulle said.
Addressing a press conference at the SLFP Headquarters in Colombo today she said the event would be presided over by President and SLFP Chairman Maithripala Sirisena.
She requested the party supporters to give their maximum contribution to make the event a success. “Our aim is to drive the party to clean politics and make it victorious again,” she said.
