H. Shanthahewa (42), a father-of-two, had drowned in the seas off the Pasikudah while picnicking with his family yesterday (29).
His body was recovered this morning through the joint efforts of fishermen and the Kalkudah Police.
Shanthahewa is a resident of Keselwatte Road, Kathukele, Gampola.
