The death occurred of Khadeeja Umma, wife of Mahroom Abdur Rahman Lebbe of Yahalatenne and Kurugama Estates, Kandy. She was the mother-in-law of National Media Center Chairman and Former Minister Imthiaz Bakeer Markar. Janaza was held at the Rahmaniya Jumma Masjid at Yahalatenne, Kandy at 9.30 pm. yesterday (November 15).
