The Minuwangoda Magistrate remanded till November 7, the eight suspects including UNP Provincial Councillor Randeer Rodrigo who were alleged to have been involved in a shooting incident in Divulapitiya.
The shooting incident took place between the Special Task Force (STF) and an armed criminal group at Henegedara, Divulapitiya on October 23.
Earlier today the Wattala Magistrate ordered to remand Randeer Rodrigo’s Indian wife Harjot Kaur, who was also arrested yesterday, until October 31.
