A forty-seven-year-old man was arrested for obtaining money amounting to Rs. 1,182,000 in the guise of running a foreign employment agency last evening.
The Police raided the foreign employment agency after receiving twenty-two complaints.
The suspect, who is a resident of Bakmeegolla, Ibbagamuwa will be produced before the Kegalle Magistrate Court today.
Kegalle Police is investigating.
