Perpetual Treasuries (PTL) Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Kasun Palisena testified that former PTL Director Arjun Aloysius lied to the Parliamentary COPE regarding his involvement with the company.
He said this before the Presidential Commission of inquiry (PCoI) into the Treasury Bond issue, today.
