The final perahera (procession) of the historical Seenigama devalaya will parade the streets on August 29. A devol madu yagaya will take place on August 30 while Deva danaya for the devotees will be held on the following day.
According to Custodian of the Devalaya Sarath Disenthavahandi, the 50th annual festival of the devalaya commenced on July 25 with Kap planting. A pandol will be erected at the Seenigama Junction by youths in the area in view of the festival.
