Thilina Bandara Tennakoon has been appointed the Provincial Minister of Sports, Youth, Women, Rural Development and Industries of the Central Provincial Council. The post fell vacant following the resignation of Pramitha Bandara Tennakoon.
President Maithripala Sirisena handed over the letter of appointment toThilina Bandara Thennakoon on Tuesday evening at the Presidential Secretariat. Ministers Nimal Siripala de Silva,Mahinda Amaraweera, Duminda Dissanayake and the Chief Minister of the Central Province Sarath Ekanayake and Governor Niluka Ekanayake were present.
