Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe will leave with a delegation to China tomorrow to attend the ‘One Belt, One Road’ (OBOR) summit.
The leaders of 28 nations are expected at the summit, which will have Chinese President Xi Jinping address the economic and other benefits of the OBOR initiative.
