Four new State Ministers and three new Deputy Ministers were appointed by President Maithripala Sirisena, a short while ago.
The new State Ministers are as follows:
Wasantha Senanayake - Foreign Affairs Minister
Eran Wickramaratne - Finance Minister
Lakshman Yapa Abeywardena - Public Enterprise Development Minister
Palitha Rangabandara -Irrigation Minister
The new Deputy Ministers are as follows:
Harsha de Silva - National Policies and Economic Affairs
Ranjan Ramanayeka- Social Empowerment Welfare and Kandyan Heritage
Karunarathna Paranawithana - Skills Development and Vocational Training
